  • Damaged Diamond ? We cover for lifetime.
    At Ringslab, Keeping your diamond spark forever. We engineer our diamond to be brighter and stronger and we stand by our promise. Only for lab grown Max, If diamond is broken or damaged we cover 1 diamond replacement for free.  We don't guarantee nature, we recommend getting insurance for Natural Max Diamonds for any damages.
  • Dull and Dirty Rings ? We Clean for lifetime.
    At Ringslab, Keeping your ring spark forever is our responsibility. Every year enjoy 1 complimentary cleaning on us. You’ll never have to worry about your ring losing its luster. Restore ring's original brilliance for lifetime. Broken ring/bands or loose stones on rings/bands will need to be fixed in order to get it clean. We will reach out to customer in such cases for the next steps.
  • Need to upgrade ring or diamond? We Upgrade for lifetime.
    Life changes, tastes evolve, and your ring can grow right along with you. Whether you want to move up to a larger diamond and upgrade your setting, we credit 100% of your original diamond purchase price toward your upgrade.   • Need Resizing ? We do Ring Resizing for lifetime.

    After your purchase, Your first resize is on us including free shipping both ways for lifetime. Please note that some restrictions apply, and only Ringslab's rings and bands are eligible for resizing. The period begins from the delivery date.

    • Resizing to 4+ or -4 US size may change the structure of the ring.
    • Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design.
    • Rings made from alternative metals (such as tantalum or titanium) cannot be resized.
    • Custom, modified, or engraved rings can be resized but resize fees may apply.

    Important Notes
    - Complimentary lifetime services are provided up to the original purchase value of your ring. - We also offer other additional services as deemed necessary or as per the request, the charges may apply.
    - We only accept our products for service. Every ring still needs to be protected and must be insured separately as ringslab don't cover for loss or theft. We highly recommend jewelersmutual.com to insure rings and bands.

    2. Ship item for evaluation with Fedex with our secure 2-box packaging. know more
    3. Upon inspection if any services other than tightening, resizing and shinning found necessary, Ringslab will provide a repair quote before the work begins.
