Exchange & Return Policy

At Ringslab, your satisfaction matters. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for free. We also offer lifetime return policy because of our RetinaMax diamond's high value retention over time.

Most returns and exchanges can be initiated by contacting our support team at support@ringslab.com

Please note: The 30-day return window begins from the delivery date. The items below in non-eligible items lists are discarded from our returns program.

 

Non-Eligible Items

  • Rings that have been resized, modified, or altered after delivery.
  • Items that have previously been exchanged.
  • Items with broken, cracked, or missing stones.
  • Items altered by a third-party.
  • Loose diamonds that have been set in a third-party design.
  • Brought from third party other than Ringslab.

 

Refunds

  • Inspection: Items and all included materials (documentation, promo items) are inspected upon arrival.
  • 30-Day Returns: Eligible for up to a 100% refund within 30 days if items are unworn, unaltered, and verified against certification.
  • Lifetime Returns: Eligible for up to an 80% refund after 30 days if items are verified against original certification (We keep 20% for recycling, manufacturing, and sustainability).
  • Refund Amount: Based on the final condition and valuation of the inspected product.

Please allow approximately 5 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed. Credit card refunds may take an additional 4–7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

 

Exchanges (within 30 days of delivery)

We also cover 1 change-of-mind request. Simply ping "Exchange" to support@ringslab.com. We will arrange exchange for you. Store credits will be issued after successful inspection. Please send everything back as it was delivered in an unworn condition. A charge will be applied for any altered, missing or used items. The credit will be sent via email as a digital gift card. The full original purchase value can be applied toward any future Ringslab purchase. Store credit must be used in a single transaction.


Sustainability Policy 

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
  • Return your original Ringslab's ring to be inspected. If returned outside 30-day free return window. A non-refundable flat fee of $299 will be charged that covers shipping and Inspection for every return order.
  • International orders are refunded in USD based on the exchange rate at time of purchase.
  • Ringslab is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or banking fees charged by your financial institution.
  • All returns, exchange and service requests require a valid Authorization number. So please reach out to support@ringslab.com if you are planning on any return, exchange, service or upgrade.
