Ringslab Shipping Instructions

If you need to send jewelry to us for any service, return or exchange. We’ve made the process simple and secure. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure your items are protected and fully insured. Your first inbound shipment to us each calendar year is fully insured and free.

Step 1: Request a Shipping Authorization Number

Email -> Pictures -> Get shipping Label

Ping "Shipping" to support@ringslab.com and share some picture of the ring or band jewelry along with your order number. We will email you a Shipping Authorization Number along with a FedEx shipping label for your return.

Step 2: Pack Your Jewelry

Ring -> Box1 -> Seal it -> Fedex

  • Box 1: Place your ringbox with ring or band in the original white packaging or simply take it to fedex. Also include the certification and other paperwork before sealing it with tape. Write your Shipping Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box.
  • Fedex will place sealed Box 1 inside into Box2.
  • Find a staffed fedex location here and they will help seal it and ship it.

 

Important Notes

  • Using 2 box method is the safest way to make sure the product item reaches us safely. Please pack the product safely and use the provided FedEx label and follow the packaging instructions, including double-boxing your return.
  • Packages must have Shipping Authorization Number otherwise it will not be accepted for refund, resize or for any other claim or service.
  • Take your package to a FedEx Staffed location. Search by your zip code and filter for “Shipping Assistance” to find the nearest location.
  • Obtain a FedEx receipt as proof of shipment and insurance. Please note that packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or unstaffed locations are not insured and Ringslab cannot be held responsible.
  • Following these steps ensures your jewelry is safely returned, exchanged, resized or upgraded without risk of loss.
  • All the inbound packages are carefully opened under video surveillance. In the event of a short shipment, the customer will be notified promptly. We request your active cooperation to ensure a timely resolution.
