Ringslab Shipping Instructions
If you need to send jewelry to us for any service, return or exchange. We’ve made the process simple and secure. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure your items are protected and fully insured.
Step 1: Request a Shipping Authorization Number
Email -> Pictures -> Claim shipping code & Label
Reach out to Support@ringslab.com and share some picture of the ring or band jewelry. We will email you a Shipping Authorization Number along with a FedEx shipping label for your return.
Step 2: Pack Your Jewelry
Jewlery -> Box1 -> Box2 -> Shipping code -> Attach Label
- Box 1: Place your ringbox with ring or band in the original white packaging or use small FedEx Priority box if original white packaging is not available. Also include the certification and other paperwork before sealing it with tape.
- Box2 : Place sealed Box 1 inside into Box2( medium FedEx Priority box). Seal the Box 2 securely.
- Write your Shipping Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Attach the provided FedEx shipping label to the box.
Step 3: Ship Your Package
Find Fedex -> Give the box to Fedex staff-> Take receipt
- Take your package to a FedEx Staffed location. Search by your zip code and filter for “Shipping Assistance” to find the nearest location.
- Obtain a FedEx receipt as proof of shipment and insurance. Please note that packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or unstaffed locations are not insured and Ringslab cannot be held responsible.
Important Notes
- Using 2 box method is the safest way to make sure the product item reaches us safely. Please pack the product safely and use the provided FedEx label and follow the packaging instructions, including double-boxing your return.
- Packages must have Shipping Authorization Number otherwise it will not be accepted for refund, resize or for any other claim or service.
- Following these steps ensures your jewelry is safely returned, exchanged, resized or upgraded without risk of loss.
- All the inbound packages are carefully opened under video surveillance. In the event of a short shipment, the customer will be notified promptly. We request your active cooperation to ensure a timely resolution.
